These 100% Arabica washed beans from Colombia is decaffeinated using a natural method – a mix of acetic acid (vinegar) and a natural extract distilled from sugar cane, blackberries, beets or sometimes grapes. The beans are steamed to open their pores and then rinsed in this mixture repeatedly to remove the caffeine.
