Terms & Conditions

Prices in this catalog are shown in Swiss francs, net amounts incl. VAT.
Items covered by a guarantee are subject to the terms of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The guarantee takes effect on the date of delivery of the item, justified by the accompanying document (invoice) which we ask you to keep carefully. Not covered: damage due to poor maintenance, non-compliance with the operating instructions, or normal wear and tear.

Our commitment to delivery is void in case of failure or non-respect of the delays of supply of our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to Okapi Coffee Sàrl. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Payment terms
Methods of payment: according to customer’s selection.

If a subscription product is chosen, the customer agrees to be charged the  per month amount on a monthly basis for the number of months selected in the order. The customer may cancel their subscription at any time in writing to Okapi Coffee Sarl, however no refunds are available for products already delivered to the customer or which have already been shipped by Okapi Coffee Sarl at the time the cancellation notice is received.

When paying by bank transfer, the order will be delivered once the total amount of the order is received on the bank account indicated. All payments must be made in CHF and all bank charges are to be borne by the customer.

Delivery and transport
The available articles are sent by post within approximately 2 to 8 days. A participation on your part is requested only once per order.
NOTICE: Okapi Coffee Sàrl does not deliver its parcels in post office box and does not deliver any merchandise to a minors or persons under guardianship unless written authorization of the parents or guardian is provided.

Return or exchange of goods
The items must be returned intact and unopened in their original packaging (with the labels including their references), accompanied by the delivery note, within 7 days after receipt of your package. The costs of return shipping are at your expense. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are offered to you.

Legal Warranty
Check the condition of the goods delivered promptly to exclude obvious defects in material and workmanship, as well as shipping damage. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to inform us of any defect or anomaly affecting the goods delivered to enable us to remedy it.

Data protection
All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order will be processed and may be communicated to associated companies in the context of the management of the order.
